Prototyping Services

At DOMISO, we are committed to providing efficient and accurate prototyping services, ensuring every detail of every product, from design to production, meets customer expectations. Our transparent and efficient prototyping process helps customers quickly verify their designs and prepare for final mass production.

Prototyping Turnaround Time

: Standard Samples:
7–14 days (may vary depending on design complexity, fabric, and customization requirements)

: Expedited Samples:
3–7 days (expedited service available to ensure customers receive samples within a tight deadline)

Sample Fees & Charging Policy

Sample fees vary depending on the specific design complexity, customization requirements, and production materials.Our charging policy is as follows:

Sample Fees

OEM/ODM Samples:The fee includes design and production, raw material procurement, and processing costs. Customers can choose to provide their own materials or we can provide them.

Private Label Samples:The sample fee is for basic design and customization. The fee will be adjusted based on the customization requirements and sample complexity.

Sample Fee Refund

The sample fee will be fully refunded upon confirmation of the mass production order.

For designs that are not accepted, we will not refund the sample fee, but we will provide a design improvement service.

Sample Feedback & Revisions

We provide rapid feedback and revisions to ensure that the final sample meets customer requirements. Each revision during the sample production process is confirmed by the customer, and after adjustments, a new sample is provided for approval.

: Revision Cycle:
After each revision, we will provide a new sample, which typically takes 3-5 days (depending on the complexity of the revision).

: Free Revisions:
Two free revisions are provided per project. Additional fees apply for the third and subsequent revisions.

Sample Confirmation & Production Arrangement

Once the sample has been finalized by the customer, DOMISO will immediately begin mass production. We will provide customers with detailed progress reports at each stage of production to ensure transparency and on-time delivery.

: Production Time:
After sample confirmation, the production lead time is 5-9 weeks (depending on order quantity, design requirements, and production complexity).

Fast Prototyping & Expedited Services

We understand the dynamic market demands and offer fast prototyping and expedited services to ensure our customers receive samples and quickly get to market.

Expedited Service Fees:

Expedited sample production will incur a fee, which varies based on sample complexity and production difficulty.

Expedited Production Time:

Samples can be completed within 3-7 days, and mass production can be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Global Delivery & Logistics:

Once samples are confirmed, we provide efficient logistics services through our global delivery network.
